Adv. Or Asa joined our firm as a junior lawyer and is now a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department.
Adv. Asa has extensive experience representing clients in complex, high-profile, and high-value commercial disputes of all kinds, including control disputes, contractual claims, class actions, derivative actions, oppression claims, and more, and he represents clients in proceedings before courts, tribunals, arbitrations, and mediations.
Adv. Asa has economic insight and in-depth knowledge, inter alia, of civil procedure, corporate law, contract law, tort law, and additional fields relating to civil-commercial law. He combines his understanding and expertise in these and other areas with analytical ability and strategic thinking in disputes at both preliminary and advanced stages, both inside and outside the courtroom.
Adv. Asa is experienced in representing Israeli and foreign clients, as well as companies and officers, in cooperation with law firms in Israel and abroad, and in working with experts in various fields, including technology, economics and accounting, infrastructure, energy, and more.
Alongside his expertise in commercial litigation, Adv. Asa also has extensive experience in administrative petitions, tender law, labor law, and civil disputes before family courts.
