Adv. Eyal Sagi is a leading commercial law lawyer with extensive experience and a strong reputation in this field. Adv. Sagi represents private clients as well as leading local and international companies in commercial aspects of their operations and in complex transactions in Israel and abroad, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, regulation and more.
In early 2020, prior to joining Tel-Zur & Co, and after many years practicing in leading law firms, Adv. Sagi founded his own commercial law practice, where he successfully represented a diverse variety of clients in large scale transactions.
Adv. Sagi possesses broad experience in litigation, advising his clients on how to avoid future disputes when closing a deal and representing them in legal proceedings where disputes are unavoidable. He follows a “Be A Deal Maker, not a Deal Breaker” approach. He has led hundreds of successful transactions, combining an uncompromising commitment to protecting the interests of his clients while taking a practical view to advance successful transactions.
Adv. Sagi has also developed expertise in representing non-profit associations and public benefit institutions. He accompanies these clients from formation and drafting of the statement of purpose and articles of incorporation, ongoing advice and assistance in all aspects of association law and representation before the Registrar of Associations, as well as advice and support in internal disputes of non-profit associations and public benefit institutions.
