Adv. Meirav Bar-Zik is a leading litigator with extensive experience in managing legal disputes and lawsuits amounting to tens of millions of shekels before all courts, including mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Adv. Bar-Zik specializes in complex litigation proceedings in all areas of commercial and civil law, including commercial disputes, real estate disputes, partnership dissolution claims, corporate law disputes, including shareholder disputes, minority deprivation claims, derivative claims, defamation claims, insolvency law, and more.
In addition, Adv. Bar-Zik specializes in administrative law, representing corporations as well as private and public clients in administrative petitions, in particular in the area of tender laws, as well as appeals to the Supreme Court.
Adv. Bar-Zik has extensive experience in out-of-court dispute management, including negotiation, bidding procedures, and formulation and preparation of agreements arising from shareholder disputes, as well as representation before alternative dispute resolution tribunals. This experience enables Adv. Bar-Zik to provide clients with inclusive and comprehensive advice from the first stages of the conflict to its end, while formulating an individual strategy based on understanding the client’s unique needs and wishes.
