Mrs. Bar-Zik is a leading litigator and has extensive experience in the management of legal disputes and lawsuits amounting to tens of millions of shekels before all courts, including mediation proceedings and arbitration. Mrs. Bar-Zik specializes in complex litigation proceedings in all areas of commercial and civil law, such as business-commercial disputes, real estate disputes including claims for dissolution of partnerships, disputes in the field of corporate law including shareholder disputes, minority discrimination claims, derivative claims, defamation claims, insolvency law, and more. In addition, Mrs. Bar-Zik specializes in administrative law, representing corporations as well as private and public clients in administrative petitions, in particular in the area of tender law, as well as appeals to the Supreme Court.
Moreover, Mrs. Bar-Zik has extensive experience in out-of-court dispute management, including negotiation, bidding procedures, and formulation and preparation of agreements arising from shareholder disputes, as well as representation before alternative dispute resolution tribunals. Mrs. Bar-Zik’s experience allows her to provide her clients with comprehensive and extensive consultation, from the very outset of the dispute through its resolution, while forming an individual strategy based on the client’s unique needs and wishes.
