Adv. Yaniv Bar-Zik, is a partner in the firm’s corporate practice, specializing in representing emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and early stage investors and entrepreneurs.
Adv. Bar-Zik advises to international and emerging companies on all corporate and commercial aspects of their activities, including their representation and the representation of individual entrepreneurs in venture capital and private equity transactions. He represents venture capital funds and private equity funds from their establishment to their final liquidation, as well as their investments in potential portfolio companies.
Adv. Bar-Zik was involved in numerous transactions such as venture capital investments, merger/acquisition transactions, private equity investments and debt offering, as well as complex restructuring and spin-off transactions.
His clientele includes funds, startup and well-established emerging growth companies, primarily in the software, media, cleantech, information technology, Internet, big data technology and cyber sectors.
In his spare time, Adv. Bar-Zik serves as a lecturer at the Israeli Meetup organization, where he talks about the legal aspects of entrepreneurship and venture capital transactions.
In 2023, Adv. Bar-Zik was recognized by the Legal 500 website as a prominent lawyer in advising high-tech corporations, in raising funds and investments, and as an expert in venture capital funds and private equity.
